Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a decision of the Justice Court of the Town of North Castle, Westchester County, dated February 18, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal from the decision dated February 18, 2012 is dismissed on the ground that the judgment entered pursuant thereto on March 9, 2012 was superseded by an amended judgment entered May 14, 2012, which increased the amount awarded to respondent; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot.
