Motion by appellant for an extension of time to take an appeal from a decision and order of this court dated September 13, 2012, which determined an appeal from two judgments of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of West Haverstraw, Rockland County, rendered August 11, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to appellant, if he be so advised, seeking appropriate relief from the Court of Appeals (see CPL 460.10, 460.30).
