DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated April 13, 2011, to hold the respondent in contempt for failing to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 19, 2012, which compelled him to furnish her with copies of all trial exhibits in his possession.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to file the remaining exhibits with this Court or file a stipulation limiting the exhibits to be filed on the appeals in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2012, is extended until January 7, 2013.
