On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 16, 2012, in the above-entitled appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, both dated August 31, 2012, and a decision of the same court also dated August 31, 2012, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Dutchess County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County".
