| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Sotirios Tsoukas for leave to renew a prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated April 12, 2012, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2012. On August 20, 2012, Sotirios Tsoukas filed a notice of appeal from the order dated April 12, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
