| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Joint motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 15, 2011, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 31, 2012, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 22, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
