Motion by the appellant to deem the notice of appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 16, 2012, and brief filed in connection with that appeal "to be amended nunc pro tunc to include" an order of the same court dated January 18, 2012, and consolidate the appeal from the order March 16, 2012, with the appeal from the order dated January 18, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
