| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Queens Law Associates, P.C., counsel assigned to represent the respondent in the Supreme Court, Queens County, to be relieved of the assignment to respond to an appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 13, 2012, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Queens Law Associates, P.C., 118-21 Queens Boulevard, Suite 212, Forest Hills, N.Y. 11375, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to defend the appeal:
