Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 12, 2007, and September 8, 2011, respectively, an order and judgment of the same court dated August 2, 2007, and two partial judgments of the same court both dated May 21, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 13, 2013, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
