| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 10, 2011. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel, to strike the brief filed by assigned counsel, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay all proceedings and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to relieve assigned counsel, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay all proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to relieve assigned counsel, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the appellant is granted leave to file a pro se supplemental brief, and on or before January 28, 2013, the appellant pro se may serve one copy of the supplemental brief on each party and file nine copies of the supplemental brief.
