| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant to extend the time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the County Court, Orange County, dated October 17, 2011, and December 12, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the defendant's time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the orders dated October 17, 2011, and December 12, 2011, respectively, is extended until January 14, 2013.
