Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 5, 2012. Separate motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to make a required deposit.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to make a required deposit is denied as moot.
