| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 21, 2012, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 12, 2012, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order and continued the remand of the subject children to the appellant's care and custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, upon perfection of the appeal by December 11, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 12, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 11, 2012, " and substituting therefor the date "December 21, 2012."
