DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Nicole M. on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 18, 2011, December 22, 2011, and November 5, 2012, respectfully, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated November 5, 2012, and to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
