| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 1, 2012, which, inter alia, suspended her from the practice of law pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.4(l)(1)(ii) and (iii), and, upon reargument, deny the branch of the motion by the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts which granted that relief. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 20, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
