| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, inter alia, to compel F. Hollis Griffin, Jr., to produce bank and bookkeeping records and other documents concerning certain clients as well as electronically maintained documents concerning those clients. Mr. Griffin was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 27, 1982, under the name Francis H.
