| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Pavithra Candida Suresh, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 2, 2004, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Pavithra C. Austin.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Pavithra Candida Suresh to Pavithra C. Austin, effective immediately.
