DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Pentecostal Assembly, Inc., Angel L. Roman, Sr., and Luis Serrano from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 6, 2012, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court, entitled "In the Matter of the Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - November 2012 Calendar," dated November 29, 2012, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(e) for failure to timely perfect.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 29, 2012, as dismissed the appeal is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated.
