| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant New York State Office of Mental Health on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 17, 2012, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal, and to waive the requirement of an original signature on the stipulation settling the transcript.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to comply with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is extended until January 3, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirement of original signatures on the stipulation settling the transcript is granted.
