Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Mary Anne Connell, Esq., sworn to December 2, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., dated December 10, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted and the attorney for the child shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before February 19, 2013, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal by the attorney for the child (CAF 12-01094) is hereby dismissed without further order.
