Motion by Lesley Drazek for leave to reargue a prior motion, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated March 5, 2012, which affirmed, insofar as appealed from, an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated February 1, 2011, and for summary reversal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
