Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 27, 2012, for leave to renew and reargue his prior motion to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court entered October 17, 2011, pending hearing and determination the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
