On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated August 14, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the name "Jill Regina Hartzog" and substituting therefor the name "Derek Donald Callender," and by correcting the caption as set forth above.
