| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 7, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged, and the record on the appeal and the appellants' brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court are accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 22, 2013, and the respondents' brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
