| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Jamie K. Cohen Scher for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Scher was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 15, 1992, under the name Jamie Kara Cohen. By opinion and order of this Court dated October 21, 2002, Ms. Scher was disbarred upon her conviction of a felony, and her name was struck from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Ms. Scher's fitness to be an attorney.
