SCHEDULING ORDER

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated June 27, 2012, and June 28, 2012, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom. Separate motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals from the orders dated June 27, 2012, and June 28, 2012, as well as an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 2, 2012, on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the default of an appealing party.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that motion to stay enforcement of the orders dated June 27, 2012, and June 28, 2012, is denied as academic.
