It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting landlords-respondents to serve and file a supplemental record on appeal to include all memoranda of law that were submitted to Civil Court in connection with tenant-appellant's motion for pretrial discovery, as well as respondent's brief on appeal, on or before January 30, 2013. Reply briefs, if any, are to be served and filed by February 7, 2013.
This appeal will be calendared for the March 2013 term of this Court.
