Ace Adjustment Co. and Frank Leone, Respondents, v Roseann DeGregorio, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, dated March 29, 2012, as a poor person. Separate motion by appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, which was denied by decision and order of this court dated September 5, 2012, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied.
