Appeals having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Watertown City Court rendered November 30, 2010, and a judgment of Jefferson County Court rendered November 30, 2012, and counsel having moved to be relieved of assignments,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Stephen Bird, Esq., dated July 2, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the brief filed by counsel on behalf of appellant, together with the record on appeal, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal taken from the judgment of Watertown City Court is dismissed (see CPL 450.60 [3]), and counsel's motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the judgment of Jefferson County Court so appealed from is unanimously affirmed, and counsel's motion is granted (see People v Crawford, 71 AD2d 38 [1979]).
