| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Winifred Q. Clark to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 7, 2011, and December 19, 2011, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 1, 2013, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief on the appeals must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file the answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeals, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
