Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of certain subpoenas and to direct the respondent to immediately post a $5 million undertaking, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated September 10, 2012, and December 10, 2012, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
