| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for this Court to subpoena certain documents and transcripts for use by the respondent on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 17, 2012. Separate motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for a subpoena is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 6, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
