Motion by Stuart I. Greenberg to be relieved as counsel for the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 6, 2012, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and former assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the respondent herein assigned; and it is further,
