Motion by the appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 7, 2012, which denied the appellant's motion, among other things, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 10, 2010.
