| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 23, 2012, and a judgment of the same court entered October 1, 2012, which were transferred to this Court by an order of the Court of Appeals dated October 18, 2012, and for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 8, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs on the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-09463 and 2012-09991, if any, on or before January 22, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file their reply briefs on the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-09463 and 2012-09991 , if any, on or before February 6, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
