Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action as well as all proceedings in a matter entitled Matter of Presta v Presta, pending in the Family Court, Rockland County, under Docket No. F-1504-11/11A, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 20, 2012.
