Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated May 11, 2012, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 part 3.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
