Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 4, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Ralph Duthely, Esq., 153-01 Jamaica Avenue, Suite 201, Jamaica, N.Y. 11432, the attorney assigned to represent the child by the Family Court, Queens County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:
