Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both rendered June 14, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 18, 2013, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
