Application by the defendants-respondents-appellants Carolyn Kalb and Nicole Thorndike on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2012, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated August 6, 2012, for leave to withdraw their cross appeal from the order dated January 4, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the cross appeal by the defendants-appellants-respondents Carolyn Kalb and Nicole Thorndike, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
