Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Harriet L. Zunno, Esq., filed December 18, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of James D. Bell, Esq., dated December 21, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 25, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
