Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered March 19, 1998, for failure to timely perfect.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]; CPL 470.60[1]).
