ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated November 27, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 19, 2012, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "January 22, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "January 22, 2013.
