Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 13, 2012, which dismissed a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered November 10, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before March 6, 2013.
