Separate motions by the defendant Frederick Bevelaqua and the defendants Valerie Peck and Sol Mora for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 24, 2012, which reversed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 8, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
