Motion by the appellant, among other things, in effect, for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 17, 2011, and May 18, 2011, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 31, 2012, and to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2012, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 15, 2012, for failure to comply with a scheduling order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
