DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate three decisions and orders on motion of this Court all dated October 19, 2012, which dismissed appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated August 22, 2012, on the ground that the orders are not appealable as or right, for leave to appeal from the orders, for leave to appeal from an order of the same court dated November 15, 2012, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated November 15, 2012, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
