DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike stated portions of the brief filed by the attorney for the child on appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, three dated September 27, 2011, and one dated December 2, 2011, and to impose a sanction upon the attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
