DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike the respondent's brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both entered April 11, 2012, or, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged, and the reply brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
