Motion by Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 26, 2012, for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged, and the matter is referred to the Clerk of the Court for the issuance of a scheduling order pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.4(a).
